The Steamboat Boulevard Project

The Steamboat Boulevard project was a true whole-home transformation, with nearly every surface, system, and living space receiving an update.

The interior was completely gutted and rebuilt with a new kitchen layout, custom cabinetry, and appliances. The work included new flooring, carpet, windows, and interior and exterior doors. Electrical was updated throughout the home with new outlets, switches, and lighting, while the addition of a new laundry room and powder bath improved the home's everyday functionality.

Custom details bring character to the finished space, including handcrafted faux beams in the kitchen and living room and a custom stair railing and banister. Outside, a new deck addition connects the home's front and rear decks, complemented by new decking and entry railings to carry the renovation beyond the interior.
