This North Routt project was an extensive whole-home renovation that combined major structural improvements with a complete transformation of the home's interior and outdoor living spaces.

The project began with significant structural work, including new bracing and the installation of a steel post-and-beam system to support the home. From there, the house was rebuilt with all-new electrical and plumbing, flooring, carpet, doors, and windows.

Inside, the renovation included a custom kitchen with new cabinetry and appliances, three completely remodeled bathrooms, and custom closet cabinetry designed specifically for the home.

The transformation continued outside with new entry construction and a custom outdoor living area. A built-in outdoor kitchen, expansive patio, gas fire pit, and wood-burning fireplace created a natural extension of the home and a space designed to be enjoyed throughout the seasons.
